Although not without its challenges 2021 was a good year for Executor Solutions. We were very pleased to work with so many clients, providing much needed support and expertise in managing probate property, and in meeting more colleagues in the legal sector.
New starters
As our work has expanded in 2021 so have our teams.
Over the last few months we have welcomed five new starters. We are really pleased that three of these are former colleagues who have returned to the business.
We welcome back Courtney Prince who joins us as an Assistant Case Manager, Chris Oake who joins us as Finance Assistant and Heidi Jenkins who has returned as Client Services Manager. It is really good to be working with these colleagues again who bring experience to the teams.
We also welcome two new faces to the business. Hannah Waller has joined us as Assistant Case Manager joining Faye and her team, and Rebecca Albon is our new Property Maintenance Administrator joining Ross and his team.

2021 saw Executor Solutions have the honour of being headline sponsor for this year’s British Wills & Probate Awards. A celebration of the hard work of so many in the legal profession.
Our very own Barry Mattock was delighted to be one of the judges of the event and to help play a part in rewarding the incredible effort from so many across the legal industry in 2021. He even got a few minutes with Jennie Bond.
After the virtual awards in 2020, it was great to be back in the room with our fellow legal colleagues, seeing all their smiling faces and chatting with them in person.
We had a great time and we’re already looking forward to next year.

Property Expense Funding
In our experience working with executors we know that it is not uncommon for there to be no available funds on an estate where a probate property is in need of some form of works; lock changes, maintenance, insurance or some other intervention.
